Can every customer buy from you? We will check. And explain it in plain words.

Since 28 June 2025, accessibility of shops and online services is a legal duty for private companies too. Leave your address and we will send you a free sample of the examination: the three biggest problems turning customers away today.

No commitment, no call from a salesperson. See how the full examination works.

What the sample gives you

Real problems from your own site, described as a scene from a customer's life, not as code:

  • A keyboard user cannot add a product to the cart.
  • The screen reader says "button" instead of "Buy now".
  • The price on your banner disappears in sunlight.

The sample shows where you are losing customers. The full examination goes further: a person walks your site with a keyboard, a screen reader and magnification, and it ends with fixes, a re-check and a certificate.

96 in 100 home pages have accessibility errors (WebAIM Million 2026: 95.9% of one million pages)
69% of customers with access needs leave a difficult site without a word (Click-Away Pound, UK 2019)
5.4 million people with disabilities in Poland (census 2021) — plus the growing 60+ group buying online

The customers you cannot see

Only 8 in 100 customers will tell you they could not buy. The rest bought somewhere else.

A customer who sees poorly. A customer who uses the keyboard because they cannot use a mouse. A customer who is 74 and gets lost in the checkout. A customer with a phone in full sunlight.

None of them will call to complain. In research, only 8% report the problem to the owner (UK, 2019). The rest simply disappear — and this loss shows up in no report.

And 86% say they would pay more at a seller where buying is easy.

01

This is for public offices, not me

It was, until 28 June 2025. Since that date the duty also covers shops and services sold to consumers online. Companies under 10 people are exempt — check below whether that is you.

02

My platform handled it

The platform did its part: the code. Your part is descriptions, photos, banners, apps and your theme. The platform says this itself, not us.

03

I will buy a plugin

A company that promised compliance through a widget was ordered by the US regulator to pay one million dollars. An overlay does not repair your site, it covers the problem. We go into the site, fix it with your developer and check the fixes again.

Does the law apply to you?

Three questions. Thirty seconds.

No games with thresholds. We say "it does not apply" as loudly as "it does". Nothing is stored — your browser does the counting.

1. Do you employ 10 people or more (or turn over more than 2 million EUR)?
2. Do you sell products or services to consumers through a website or app?
3. Can a customer complete a purchase, booking or sign-up online?

Answer the three questions

Your result will appear here as soon as you answer the last one. We store nothing.

How it works

Five steps. You always know what comes next.

  1. We talk. 30 minutes.

What you sell, who built your site, what you need.

  2. We examine your site. A few days.

Not only with tools. A person goes through it with a keyboard, a screen reader and screen magnification — the way real customers use it.

  3. You get two reports.

Not one 50-page PDF. One for you, in plain words. One for the company that built your site, with step-by-step repair instructions.

  4. We talk it through. Live, one hour.

    You ask about everything.

  5. Your developer fixes, we re-check.

Then we issue the certificate. The re-check and the certificate are included — elsewhere a re-audit usually costs half the audit price again.

Why a plugin is not enough

A sticker does not open the door.

1 million USD

The US regulator (FTC) ordered a widget vendor to pay one million dollars for misleading "automatic compliance" claims (January 2025).

1000+

Over a thousand accessibility specialists signed a public statement: full compliance cannot be achieved with an overlay.

One in four

In the US, one in four accessibility lawsuits in 2024 targeted a site that had a widget installed — named in the lawsuit as a barrier, not a solution. (US data)

That is why a person walks your site: with a keyboard, a screen reader and magnification, the way your customers use it. No program can judge reading order, visible focus, or meaning carried by colour alone. At the end we fix the important barriers, check the fixes again, and only then issue the certificate.

The certificate

A certificate anyone can check with one click.

When the important problems are fixed and we have confirmed it with a re-check, you get Anat Access Certified: a seal for your site and a public verification page. Anyone — a customer, a partner, an inspector — can see what we checked, when, and whether the certificate is still valid.

  • Never issued for the test alone, and never for paying a subscription. Only after fixes are confirmed.
  • It has a date. Your site changes every week — accessibility from a year ago proves nothing about today.
  • It stays alive while we watch. The certificate is valid during your Monitoring subscription.

The seal in your footer links to an entry with the scope, both dates and the current status.

What it is not

Not a PDF bundled with a cheap package, not valid for four years with no re-check, not self-issued for our own work, and not an official government document.

Prices

Prices are on the page. Always.

Who this is for

Who calls us.

Online shops

The platform owns the code. You own descriptions, photos, banners and the theme. We check your part.

Services sold online

Booking, sign-up, payment — if a customer gets stuck there, they do not call. They vanish.

Medical practices

Your most frequent patient is 70+. Can they book a visit without phoning the front desk?

Web agencies

Public-sector contracts have required accessibility for years. Now it covers your private clients too — our report is a ready repair specification.

Want to know if your site is also secure?

Anat Secure is our sister service. One engagement, two examinations, two certificates — cheaper than separately.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Will I understand the report?

Yes — that is its main feature. You get a version written for you, plus an hour of conversation.

I have fewer than 10 employees.

Services of micro companies are exempt from the law. You can stop reading — or check for free how many customers you are losing anyway.

Do I get a guarantee of legal compliance?

No, and nobody honest will give you one. You get an examination, fixes, a re-check and a certificate with an open scope — proof of due care.

Will it change how my site looks?

No. Most fixes are invisible: image descriptions, reading order, contrast, keyboard support. The site gets faster and clearer for everyone.

Our agency says everything is fine.

They are assessing their own work. An independent check protects them too — and our second report is their instruction manual, not an accusation.

How long is the certificate valid?

It has a date and lives while Monitoring runs. A test tells you how things were that day. Monitoring tells you how they are today.

Let us talk about the full examination.

Leave your address and e-mail. We reply within one working day, set up a 30-minute call and tell you how much work we see on your site, before you order anything. If you would like to see a sample first, say so in your message.
