Terms
These terms say what you get, what you do not get, and on what conditions. We wrote them so you can read them once and understand them.
1. Who provides the service
The services in these terms are provided by Grzegorz Jaworek, who runs the Anat Access project. Contact: check@anataccess.com. A company for the Anat Access brand is being registered. Once that is done, we will add the full registration details here.
2. What the free sample (Snapshot) is
The free sample is a first check of the site at the address you give. We run it after you send the form and we return it by e-mail. It shows the three biggest problems in plain words, together with what they mean for your customers. We reply within one working day.
The sample is not an audit: it does not cover the whole site, it does not replace a human examination, and it is not a basis for a certificate. It also does not state that your site is legally compliant. We issue certificates only after a full examination, the repair of important barriers and a re-check.
When you ask for a sample, you state that you own the website or have the owner's permission. We do not check other people's sites so that someone can use the result against the owner.
The sample is free and voluntary on both sides. We may refuse to prepare one without giving a reason, in particular when requests repeat, when the address points to someone else's system, or when checking the page could harm the rights of others.
The checklist that asks whether the law applies to you is an information tool that runs in your browser. It is not legal advice. It answers whether it is worth checking further, not whether you comply.
3. Paid services and prices
We agree the scope, the deadline and the price of paid services in a separate contract or a confirmed order, before any work starts. Prices on the site are net prices. VAT is added at the applicable rate. They are for information only and are not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
- Snapshot — free. The automatic test described in point 2.
- Scan — 490 PLN. A deeper automatic check with a written result. No human involved and no certificate.
- Audit S / M / L — 7 900 / 12 900 / from 19 900 PLN. A human examination: keyboard, screen reader, magnification. Two reports, an hour of live discussion, a re-check and the certificate, all included.
- Monitoring — from 390 PLN per month. Regular checks after site changes. It keeps the certificate valid.
We size an audit by page types (home page, product list, product page, basket, payment, account), not by the number of subpages. We give the price for the L variant after a first conversation. The Snapshot counts towards a Scan, and a Scan is deducted from the audit price.
4. How an audit runs
A first conversation, the examination, two reports (one for you in plain words, one for your developer with a fix-by-fix instruction), an hour of discussion, and after the fixes a re-check. The re-check and the certificate are included in the audit price. We need access to the agreed views, and a test account wherever a login is required.
We only fix the errors ourselves if you order that separately. By default your developer does the work and we check the result.
5. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee legal compliance. Nobody honest does, because compliance is decided by authorities and courts, not by the company doing the testing. What you get is an examination, a list of barriers, a fix instruction, a re-check and a certificate with a stated scope. That is material to show you acted with due care.
An examination confirms the state of the site on the day of the examination and within the scope agreed in the contract. It does not mean the site is free of every barrier. It means we checked what we agreed, using the methods described, and wrote down the result.
We are not liable for the effects of changes made to the site after the examination ends, for areas left out of scope, for plugins and overlays you install yourself, or for recommendations from the report that you do not act on.
6. The Anat Access Certified certificate and seal
The Anat Access Certified certificate is a private verification carried out by us. It is not an official document, no public authority issues it, and it is not a guarantee of legal compliance. It says one thing: we checked the scope named in it, the barriers we found were fixed, and we confirmed that in a re-check on the date given.
- We issue the certificate only after the fixes and a re-check. We do not issue it for ordering an audit, for paying a subscription, or on the basis of an automated test.
- The scope of the examination is written into the certificate and shown on the public verification page. The certificate covers that scope only. It does not extend to parts of the site we did not examine.
- The certificate carries a date and stays valid while a Monitoring subscription runs. Websites change every week, so an examination from a year ago without Monitoring proves nothing about today. If Monitoring stops, the certificate expires.
- You may place the seal on the site the certificate covers. It must link to the verification address, and you may not change its colours, proportions or wording.
- The right to use the seal ends when the certificate ends. After that date the seal must come off the site.
- We may withdraw a certificate if a serious barrier is not removed within the agreed time, if the scope of the site changes significantly without a new examination, or if the seal is used against the rules above. A withdrawal shows on the verification page immediately.
- You can check the status of any certificate at anataccess.com/verify. Verification is public and free.
7. Barrier reports from your users
If you hold a valid certificate and someone reports a barrier on your site to us, we check that report within 48 hours and send you a description. A report on its own does not withdraw the certificate. Withdrawal only follows if a confirmed serious barrier is not removed within the agreed time.
8. Confidentiality
The results of an examination, the list of barriers, and anything we learn about your site are confidential. We do not disclose them to third parties and we do not use them in marketing material without your clear, prior consent. We will sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request. The only public part is the verification entry, which we agree with you before issuing the certificate.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to check@anataccess.com. Describe what the problem is and what you expect. We answer within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
10. Consumers
Our services are aimed at businesses. If you nevertheless enter a contract as a consumer, or as a sole trader with consumer rights, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If you ask us to start before that period ends and the service is fully performed, the right to withdraw ends.
11. Final points
Polish law applies to anything these terms do not cover. We may change these terms. A change does not affect contracts made before it takes effect. The current version is always at this address, with the date of the last update at the top. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
